Bauhaus Shapes Notebook 01

$28.00 USD

The Bauhaus painter Wassily Kandinsky wrote "Everything starts from a dot." Inspired by the Aspen Institute's Herbert Bayer Center and the ethos behind the Bauhaus movement, we designed a series of interactive notebooks. The Bauhaus movement championed simplicity, art, craft and technology through beautiful functional design. These notebooks were pioneered in this spirit.

The removable cover insert is watercolor paper that supports water-based paints, makers, pen and ink, colored pencils, and pastels. Draw, paint, and collage to create your own cover framed by Bauhaus inspired shapes.

Note that your cover may need to be flattened if wet media is used.

7 x 10 inches; approximately 72 sheets

70# sheets, 100% recycled paper, book board backing, twin loop wire binding

3 unique page designs are included (plain, dot grid and note-taking) and separated by 2 handmade paper pockets
