Collaboration

When I work in the garden, I have company. Always a dog or two, mice, voles and always birds, usually quarrelsome wrens. One summer it was a crow who would peer at me from his aspen tree perch, head tilted with what I assumed was great curiosity, or maybe it was amusement, as I worked. I decided he needed to be a part of the story. 2016
