Order Processing
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. If your order will take longer to process, you will be contacted by the studio with an estimated ship date.
We use ShipStation to assist with processing and shipping orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from us letting you know that the order has shipped, including tracking information.
We process securely using Stripe. Credit cards accepted include VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express.

Shipping
After your order is shipped you will receive an automated tracking notification where you can follow your shipment.
Shipping is free for orders over $48! For all other orders, our flat rate shipping is $10.95, although it may vary depending on your purchase.
If you’d like your order shipped outside of the US, please email us for a shipping quote.
Yes, no problem!
Shipping usually takes 2-5 days although delays may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal Assistance

Our preferred local framer is Main Street Gallery and the Framer in Carbondale. They do wonderful work, with a variety of options. Reach out to them for any framing needs!

Returns
Email [email protected] and we will assist you from there!
- Items should be returned undamaged, in their original condition within 45 calendar days after the purchase or delivery date.
- Let us know if you want store credit, exchange, or a refund.
- If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a complimentary shipping label.
- Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or wayward shipments back to our studio.
In-person Visit
Yes! We are a working studio, staffed by numerous dogs and studio folks. A team member will welcome scheduled visitors between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Please use think link to schedule your visit. After scheduling your visit, we will reach out to you with directions, or feel free to call (970) 236-1885 and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Once you make an appointment with this link, we will email you detailed directions to the studio.
