How do I start a return?

First, email [email protected] and she will assist you from there.

What is your return policy?
  1. Items should be returned undamaged, in their original condition within 14 calendar days after the delivery date.
  2. You have a choice. Just let Caroline know if you want store credit, exchange, or a refund. 
  3. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a complimentary shipping label. 
  4. Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or wayward shipments TO our studio. 


If my order is a gift, what should I do?

Make sure to leave a comment in the notes section at checkout and we will take care of it. If you’d like to include a special note with your gift, please put details in the note section at checkout. If you’d like your gift shipped to another party, select “Ship to a different address” at checkout.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders, just make sure to leave a comment in the note section at checkout.


How can I track my shipment?

After your order is shipped you will receive an automated tracking notification where you can follow your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Our flat rate shipping is $8.95, although it may vary depending on your purchase.

Can you ship outside of the US?

If you’d like your order shipped outside of the US, please email us for a shipping quote.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, no problem!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 2-5 days although delays may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Can I change my shipping address? 

Yes, just email [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order.

If I want to get something framed, where should I go?

Our preferred local framer is Main Street Gallery and the Framer in Carbondale. They do wonderful work, with a variety of options. Reach out to them for any framing needs!

In-person Visit

Can I visit the studio?

Yes! We have studio hours during the weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. We adhere to public safety protocols so please schedule a visit with [email protected] beforehand and bring a face covering. Or if you forget, you can buy one!
