Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. If your order will take longer to process, you will be contacted by the studio with an estimated ship date.
We use ShipStation to assist with processing and shipping orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from ShipStation letting you know that the order has shipped, including tracking information.
We process securely using Stripe. Credit cards accepted include VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express.

After your order is shipped you will receive an automated tracking notification where you can follow your shipment.
Our flat rate shipping is $8.95, although it may vary depending on your purchase.

Shipping usually takes 2-5 days although delays may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Items should be returned undamaged, in their original condition within 14 calendar days after the delivery date.
- You have a choice. Just let us know if you want store credit, exchange, or a refund.
- If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a complimentary shipping label.
- Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or wayward shipments back to our studio.
Yes! We are a working studio, staffed by numerous dogs and studio folks. A team member will welcome scheduled visitors between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
